The Greek new testament

If you are starting to read the new testament, you’ll soon find out that there are different versions around. First, you might think, it is a matter of translation but sooner or later you’ll find out that different versions are based on different Greek new testaments.

My own experience with the greek new testament

I was reading just a bible version, when a friend of mine gave me a paper, “The eye-opener” about how there are many differences in new testaments.

The Eye Opener – 200 Bible Verses Changed – Coming In The Clouds

I dug into the matter and found the book New Age bible versions, from AV Publications Website | Home Page.

A great book about greek new testaments

I read it carefully and learned a lot about the matter.

The book very clearly explains who the authors of the different manuscripts are and why the text is changed.

Other sources that are available on the internet and clearly describe the issues are for example:

Why does our almighty God allow different bible versions?

Again why wouldn’t God make it easy for us and there would be only one Greek text of the New Testament? So people would have free will to do everything they like, except changing the Bible? H’mm is that free will?

Rev 22:19  And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Even In the bible itself, there is proof that there will be different bible versions.

What about you?

If the bible is a large pillar of your Christian faith, I would dive into this matter and find out what all happened.
